My name is Aaron Glean-Sealey and I have been a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for 4 years. My passion for coaching grew from my love of athletics. I was a collegiate triple jumper for Mt. San Antonio College and studied Kinesiology at Cal Poly Pomona. After finishing my track and field career I became a high-level athlete on Team CrossFit Academy’s weightlifting team qualifying for the 2015 USAW American Open. I became a student of all things health and fitness. I attended Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength Seminar and completed USAW Level 1 coaching course. I also completed multiple OPEX CCP courses: lifestyle coaching, assessment and program design. I also attended multiple health and fitness seminars. I offer a wide range of coaching programs and services - from individual coaching, small group coaching, to seminars and sports specific training.

Sealey Strength EXPERIENCE
The second you walk into my door, Our fitness journey together begins.It will start with a face to face consult.The goal of the consult is to paint a clear picture of your fitness goals. Through our conversation I will create a plan of action. Wheather the goals are general health or performance based, I will provide the appropriate amount of support and challenge!
1 on 1 coaching Is powerful and long lasting, and it is the most effective way to get results, After the initial consult, I will take a physical assessment gathering data on strengths and weakness and what areas need to improve based on your goals. Your training program will be custom designed to fit your lifestyle and experience level
Small Group Coaching
This program is designed for 2-5 people to thrive! Some clients goals are similar and enjoy sharing their fitness experience with other motivated individuals. The group functions like a team. You have me as the coach and your teammates are by your side helping you to achieve, holding you accountable, and celebrating your accomplishments.
If your location or lifestyle doesn't allow you to make it into our facility but you still want the best fitness experience, Sealey Strength offers "Remote Coaching" Using the revolutionary fitness app "FIT BOT" I will send your program directly to your computer or mobile device. Through this application I will be able to monitor and track your progress.
